Compliance
Compliance is the floor
Consent, recordings, Do Not Call, privacy and traffic integrity, in plain English.
Compliance
Commitments
Plain-English practices, not legal advice. Contractors and publishers should get their own counsel on their obligations.
Consumer-initiated calls
The homeowner chooses to call. We don't cold call or robocall consumers.
Consent records
Where forms are used, consent names the seller and is time-stamped and kept for audit.
Recording disclosures
Calls may be recorded for quality and disputes, with disclosures suitable for all-party-consent states.
Do Not Call
An internal DNC list, with revocations honored promptly. DNC policy.
Privacy rights
CCPA/CPRA requests and Global Privacy Control honored; minimal data. California privacy.
Traffic integrity
Bot, AI-voice, incentivized and misleading traffic is prohibited and unpaid. Traffic policy.
2026
The rules today
Rules change. See the date at the top of this page.
| Topic | 2026 status (plain English) | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| FCC one-to-one consent rule | Vacated by the Eleventh Circuit (Jan. 2025); FCC removed the language. | Apply a single-seller standard anyway. |
| TCPA written consent | Still required for most autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls and texts. | Inbound-first; no autodialed marketing to consumers. |
| State mini-TCPA laws | Several states add stricter rules on calls, texts and consent. | State-aware practices; buyers own their outbound. |
| Call recording | Some states require every party's consent. | Disclosures on recorded lines. |
| Consumer privacy | Access, deletion, correction and opt-out rights in covered states. | Request process; GPC honored. |
