Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how The Lead House LLC, doing business as HomeProRadar ("HomeProRadar," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information through homeproradar.com, the websites we operate, phone calls routed through our network, and our business relationships with service companies and publishers. It does not cover the practices of independent service providers you speak with after a call is connected; their own privacy policies apply.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone, ZIP code, street address, the service you need and a description of the problem when you use our Get matched form; and name, company, email, phone and message content you send us as a business contact.
Consent records: when you use the Get matched form, our service providers TrustedForm and Jornaya (ActiveProspect) record how you interacted with the form, including the consent language shown to you and your acceptance, the date and time, your IP address and browser, to create a certificate that documents your consent. We and the matched company keep these records to prove consent.
Call information: when you call a number in our network, we and our call-routing providers process your phone number, the number dialed, date, time, duration, approximate location derived from the number or your input, keypad selections, and — where disclosed — a recording of the call.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL and similar data collected by essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics and advertising tags.
Business partner information: contact, billing and tax information for buyers and publishers.

To route your call to an appropriate independent service provider and operate our network

To measure call quality, prevent fraud and bot traffic, and resolve billing disputes

The company you're matched with: when you call, your call is connected to one independent provider. When you submit the Get matched form, your details, request and consent record are shared with the one company named on the form before you submitted it.
Our lead marketplace: before you give contact details, we send your service, ZIP and timing (no name, phone or email) through our routing platform to find an available company.
Vendors: call-tracking, hosting, email, analytics and security providers acting on our behalf.
Business partners: publishers and buyers receive call-level reporting (for example, time, duration, and caller number where needed for billing and quality).
Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our network.
Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Cookies and tags

Retention

Call recordings and consent records are retained for periods appropriate to those purposes and then deleted or de-identified.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and bot protection. No system is perfectly secure; please contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.

Children

Our sites and services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
