Calls from your ZIPs, for your trade, ring only you.

Pay per qualified call, agreed in writing. Bad calls credited.
Your territory, your rules
You stay in control
Reserve your trade in the ZIPs you serve. Add or drop ZIPs any time.
Calls ring only during the hours you set, by day of week.
Daily and hourly limits, so you never get more than you can answer.
Ring one phone or several. Route by trade or by area.
Crew booked solid? Pause for a day or a week.
Job types you take and don’t, homeowner-only, minimum call length.
How pricing works
You pay per qualified call, at a price agreed in writing before the first call.
The price depends on your trade, your market and how long a call must last to count. Urgent, high-ticket trades like roofing and water damage cost more per call than smaller jobs.
- Trial calls first for qualified companies
- Prepaid credit, no long contract
- Every billed call recorded
- Flag a bad call within 72 hours and it’s credited

Questions contractors ask
Who is this for?
Established home-service and remodeling companies that answer their phones and serve a defined area, from a few dozen ZIPs to 200 or more.
Are the calls exclusive?
Yes. Each call goes to one company. In a reserved territory, your trade in your ZIPs is yours alone.
Where do the calls come from?
Homeowners who search on Google and Bing or see our ads, land on our home-service sites, and call. Nobody is cold-called and we don’t buy lists.
Which trades do you cover?
Roofing, water damage, HVAC, plumbing, bath and kitchen remodeling, windows and doors, gutters, siding, pest control and tree service.
How many calls will I get?
It depends on your trade, your ZIPs and the season. On the first call we give you an honest range for your area, and you set daily caps.
What does a call cost?
A fixed price per qualified call for your trade and market, agreed in writing before any call is sent.
What counts as a qualified call?
A call from your ZIPs, for a service you do, during your hours, from a new caller, that lasts at least the agreed length.
What if a call is junk?
Every billed call is recorded. Flag a wrong-service, out-of-area or repeat call within 72 hours and it’s credited.
Can I listen to the calls?
Yes. Every call comes with a recording, the caller’s ZIP, the time and the length. See how reporting works.
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
No setup fee and no long contract. Prepaid credit, and you can pause or stop any time.
Do you offer web leads too?
Yes, for roofing and bath remodeling: exclusive form leads with consent proof on every lead.
Can I choose my hours?
Yes, by day of the week. Calls only ring when you said you’re open.
What if I miss a call?
Missed calls aren’t billed. But they’re lost jobs, so we’ll help you set up a second phone or call-back routine.
Do you do the work or sell to homeowners?
No. HomeProRadar is a marketing and referral service. Independent companies like yours do the work and set their own prices.
How fast can I start?
Usually within a few business days of the first call: confirm ZIPs, hours, caps and price, then trial calls.
Do I need special software?
No. Calls ring your existing phone. Reports and recordings come by login or email.
More jobs, from your own ZIPs.
Leave your number. A person calls you within one business day.
