Five steps

How a call becomes billable

  1. 1Call comes in

A homeowner calls from one of our sites or a partner’s ad.

  2. 2Quick check

A short greeting confirms the service and ZIP.

  3. 3Routed to you

Only if it matches your trade, ZIPs, hours and caps.

  4. 4Counted

Billable once it passes the agreed call length.

  5. 5Reviewed

72 hours to flag a call. Credited if it broke the rules.

FAQ

Reporting questions

How do I get my reports?

Live through a reporting login, by email every morning, or both. Exports are available as CSV.

Can I hear every call?

Yes. Every routed call has a recording you can play in your browser.

How long are recordings kept?

For an agreed period that covers the review window, then deleted under our retention rules.

Why was a call not billable?

Every non-billable call shows a reason: too short, repeat caller, outside hours, outside area or wrong service.

How do I dispute a call?

Flag it within 72 hours with the reason. We review the recording against the written rules and credit it if it qualifies.

Can you send results to my CRM or tracker?

Yes. Postbacks or webhooks on billable calls and accepted leads, and we can receive booked-job outcomes back.

Do sellers see buyer details?

No. Sellers see their own calls, statuses and payouts. Buyers see their own calls and costs.

Is caller data protected?

Caller numbers are masked in shared reports, access is limited by login, and recordings follow retention rules. See our privacy policy.

See it with your own calls.

Start with trial calls or a test cap, and judge the reports yourself.
