FAQ
Questions
Do you send insurance-claim calls?
Yes, when a homeowner calls about storm damage. You decide whether you take claim work, and we set that in your rules.
Are the calls exclusive?
Yes. Each call goes to one company only. We don’t share it or resell it.
How do I pay?
Per qualified call, at a price agreed in writing before the first call. Qualified companies start with trial calls, then prepaid credit.
What if a call is bad?
Every billed call is recorded. Wrong service, outside your area, or a repeat caller: flag it within 72 hours and it’s credited.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Pause, change your ZIPs or stop any time.
